Our family had a wonderful five day trip to beautiful Lake Livingston!

This gorgeous, perfectly kept home was a great fit for our very large family. We all fell in love with “Margaritaville” and we plan to return regularly!

Just what we needed!

Our family and friends had a blast at Margaritaville! The house was great, and had lots to do for adults and kids! Restaurants in town were really delicious as well!!

A wonderful house

The house was clean and spacious plenty of room for our large group. Everything we needed was at the house, with shopping near by. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The accommodations were very nice and clean. The kitchen was big enough to cook in with plenty of cooking utensils. The bedrooms were very accommodating. We enjoyed the boathouse, yard and entertainment area downstairs. We will definitely be back.

Fun, beautiful, and just transformational! It was so fun to swim from the boathouse and visit on the deck with the moonlight on the lake. The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a Vrbo. The kitchen is well-stocked. We were able to rent a boat from nearby rental place and pulled the kids on a towable for a few hours of bliss. The host was a great communicator and most concerned with accommodating us as much as possible. The whole stay had the vibe of relaxed lake life—we really appreciate the host for offering an obviously much-loved home so we could relax and reconnect as an extended family.

Great summer family vacation

We have rented a number of houses in Texas the last 6 yrs, but the Margaritaville house on Lake Livingston we rented the last 2 yrs is the nicest by far. Comfortably sleeps our 12 person family, is extremely well equipped, beautiful location, great swimming & fishing. We had a great time 2 yrs in a row and will be back.

Excellent Time on the Lake

Best stay on Lake Livingston yet. Host was overly accommodating, the house is as great as advertised. Property has a ton of amenities i.e. towels, multiple refrigerators, lake floats, games, etc...10/10 would recommend and looking forward to our trip here next Summer.

We had a wonderful time. Peaceful and relaxing even with close neighbors, never knew they were there. The pictures show the house very well. Man Cave was very nice had loads of fun. The hostess is great very friendly.

Friendsgiving 2024

We had an amazing stay at Margaritavilla! Communication was excellent from the start. House was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 8 young kids. The view is incredible, the house was well supplied, and the kiddos loved the rope swing into the lake.

Wonderful end to Spring Break!

We really enjoyed our time at Magaritavilla! The property was really nice and described well in the listing. I think the mancave was a huge hit and a lot of good memories were made. Thank you to Misty for answering all our questions quickly. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Margaritaville. The house was nice, but we did notice some wear and tear on the property. We also had some bug issues (ants and gnats in the kitchen). Overall we had a great time, but probably needs a few improvements for me to give it a 5 star rating.

Absolutely amazing!

There aren't enough good things to say about this place! Fully stocked with everything you need, large comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor activities in the Man Cave, and you're on the lake! Our group of 9 had an incredible time at Margaritaville, and can't wait to return. The view from the 2nd level at the dock made for a great time during the 4th of July, as you could take in the sights all around you. Our host was extremely responsive to all inquiries and made us feel right at home. HIGHLY Recommend without hesitation!

Comfortable House

The house is well laid out and comfortable for a large group. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with necessary toiletries, towels and cookware. Most of the mattresses were comfortable. The pool and foosball tables were great to have, along with the corn hole boards. One amenity that is lacking is a boat lift. It would be a great convenience to be able to store our own boat on location during rest periods and overnight. However the boat launch is close by. The dock is nice and we enjoyed the rope swing.

Best vacation ever!!!!!

We had such a great time at margaritavilla!!! The house was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was amazing! From the moment you drive into the driveway you feel as if you’re in a 5 start resort. The house had everything we needed. The beds were the softest beds I have ever slept on. The dock was perfect for fishing and the rope swing was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook inside and out on the grill. The kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball at night after playing in the water all day. We had a blast! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!! Can’t wait to go back!! ☺️

This is our second year staying at Margaritavilla, and it was just as wonderful as last year. Plenty of space to spread out, there's the Man Cave to keep busy with pool and foosball, and the new and improved rope swing out at the dock! And the margarita machine was a hit! Our group had a fantastic time. Highly recommended without hesitation!
