About this property

This property was featured on Reveel Tv on the show Negotiators Luxe (season 2 episode 5). Our spacious bungalow is located in an iconic Eugene neighborhood within walking distance of Autzen Stadium, 10 minutes to the University of Oregon, 5 min to I-5 and The Oakway Center and numerous trails for hiking and biking. Restaurants and shopping are between 5-10 min away. The home features a large dining room with 10 chairs, seating for 7 in kitchen area and 3 separate living areas. A lush backyard with seating, grill, fire pit, corn hole & hot tub is fully fenced for privacy. Two separate sleeping areas with 5 bedrooms and a bonus room are all upstairs with 3 baths! Room darkening curtains and down comforters will allow you to get a perfect night's sleep. Washer and dryer with detergent, coffee, condiments, spices and plastic storage and shampoo/conditioner/body wash are all included with your stay.

Great Location/Great Property

This was the perfect location for a weekend at University of Oregon. Close enough to campus and everything around campus and ideal for Autzen! We walked to and from the Duck's game and it couldn't have been easier (or more fun!). While at the house, we were so comfortable and relaxed. There's so much to do just hanging around and enough space for everyone to have their own down time. It really exceeded all expectations - we'd stay here again for sure!!!

Memorable experience!

Home was spectacular. Location was great for Oregon football games. Very well organized, spotless and interior design was beautiful. Home had lots of space for a large family to lounge, hangout and enjoy. The outdoor patio was great, had a nice fire pit, the jacuzzi was very relaxing. I would definitely book again in the near future!

Fantastic Reunion Weekend

You honestly could not ask for a better rental! The house and location are amazing, perfect for a Eugene reunion or game day. The amenities and overall experience was 5 star all the way. Great neighborhood, great house for adults and kids. We can't wait to stay here again:)

Raised in the Midwest and spent 24 years calling Oregon home! Loved raising my family in Oregon and traveling and being active. I have had 2 kids graduate from U of O and have a current one there now. I decided to host in Eugene after seeing a need for more places to stay there due to the popularity of the area with university and community events. I would love to host you!

Why they chose this property

I chose the Chevy Chase neighborhood due to the proximity to the football stadium, the university, shopping and restaurants. There is quick access to the freeway. It is a quiet family oriented neighborhood that is comfortable and established. It feels like home.

What makes this property unique

The size of the home, the number of bedrooms and the unique layout are all reasons this home is right for friends, families and mixed groups. It has an ample and private back yard with a hot tub and gracious seating. The split upstairs allows for separation and privacy while still under one roof. The dining are can accommodate a large number and additional seating is in the kitchen at the bar. The large windows showcase the beauty of the lush, mature landscaping.
