This is a duplex. This listing is 17A- the right side of the duplex.
Garage is not available. Parking for 2 vehicles- please let us know if you have a large vehicle (RV, Boat..etc)
Non-smoking property -no smoking- cleaning cost for evidence of smoking = $300.

This is a brand new home. The water is special treated due to high iron. Water may be burnt orange color at times, if dark-please report to host. We recommend drinking bottled water.


Garage and cellar are not available to the guests.

No parties allowed.

The space is open flow concept downstairs with a lovely bar area, luxury recliner couches, and a few Roku TVs. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- 1st = KING; 2nd = 2 Twins; and 3rs = 1 Queen

We aim to provide an incredibly clean and sanitized home for a great stay in Kingston.

Nice, clean home. The only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with more cooking items and a working coffee pot.

We had a great stay at this property! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the coffee station and water in the fridge. A few items could be added to make it more accommodating to the 6 guests who can stay here. (ie. only 1 cereal/soup bowl, and nowhere to hang towels in guest bathroom). This property is managed by a rental agency, so there will be extra steps you have to take to complete your reservation and they send a lot of emails and extra information about the house to wade through. I would definitely still stay here again despite all of that.

Wonderful weekend in New England!

Beautifully updated and CLEAN home conveniently located within a half hour to Maine and down the road from Zorvino Vineyards! Owners were wonderful to work with and great communicators. Very comfortable beds! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a ladies trip to Manchester. The house worked out great with plenty of bedrooms and bathroom for all five of us. The location was convenient to all the places we visited. Kara was very attentive to answer questions. Overall a great place to stay.

Great Place to Stay

Better than a hotel stay for a weekend getaway for our family of 5. This home offered 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and a great layout for us to feel at home. This home was very clean, manager was very responsive, easy check-in and out process, and I highly recommend this place as it is an easy commute to both Salem and Manchester. I rate this 5 stars out of 5.
