GREAT FIND! Beautiful Tuscan Villa in Coronado, ~CA~ one block from beach
Just a minute stroll to the Beach!
A comfortable, roomy, and luxurious home. It has 4 BR/4.5 BA, includes 1 BR/1 BA in detached guest/in-law suite. Wide hallways and 10-14 foot ceilings create openness within well-defined living spaces. Downstairs is a large living room and dining room, an open gourmet kitchen, completely accessorized den, additional bedroom and adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs is the master suite, guest bedroom suite, 2 ½ baths, an entertainment room and well equipped exercise room. There is a large balcony/deck (8’ x16’) that will seat 10.
Beyond the well finished backyard, there is a large separate guest house/in-law suite that contains the same attention to detail as main house, including a refrigerator and microwave oven. The house along with the guest house will comfortably sleep 8 .
Enjoy outdoor living on the private courtyard patio complete with private pool, spa, gas BBQ and fire place. The patio is so nicely finished and opens completely to the home that it gives an additional 1500 square feet of living area above the almost 4000 square feet within the home.
World famous Central Beach is just a block away as are many restaurants, shops, The Hotel Del and live theater. Star Park is also just a block away. Catch the ferry over to San Diego for shopping at Seaport Village or a Padres Game at Petco Park. Legoland, Seaworld, Zoo and Wild Animal Park are close. Disneyland is easily accessible.

The city of Coronado requires a minimum lease period of 26 days so all of my leases are meeting the law of 26 days but you pay for these days. You actually occupy the house.

Love to spend time in Coronado and have owned property there since 1998. We feel comfortable sharing our home in Coronado while we are away.
Why they chose this property
Location, location and quite simply the charm of the island of Coronado . The climate is likely the finest in the United States.
Just minutes away,across the bay, is the hustle and bustle of one of the great cosmopolitan cities of San Diego yet you have no idea its there while on the island. If you choose, it is so much fun to enjoy, especially at night!

What makes this property unique
An upscale beautiful home to relax in that is close to beach, with private pool, spa. Its just like you are in a plush resort . You will simply enjoy the jewel of a town called Coronado a couple blocks away. The guest house provides families with extra privacy and a resort feel.
