The villa, built in March 2023, has an area of ​​350 square meters.
The front porch with the patio overlooks the private garden bordered by palm trees, where there is a fantastic jacuzzi.

The large internal spaces are distributed over two floors:
- On the ground floor: three independent bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, hot water, air conditioning and WiFi.
- On the upper floor: an open space area with dedicated Wifi, a terrace ideal for relaxation and yoga practise, the kitchen, and a service bathroom.
