About the host
Hosted by Sharon Fitzgerald
Originally from Denver, CO, I moved to Brookings 27 years ago when I got married to a cowboy. I am now a hobby farmer, chandler, chicken tender, goat herder, shepherdess, mother to dogs and cats (since my children grew up and left). I am located directly across the road and can address any issues, questions, interests you may have. I spend my days in the garden and greenhouse and tending to our many animals which include 2 horses, highland cows, chickens, babydoll sheep, goats and Sebastopol geese. Also, 2 very spoiled Australian shepherds and multiple cats. My husband helps.
Why they chose this property
My husband grew up in the hills above Brookings when his family moved here to start a sheep ranch. The secluded location is perfect for views, peace and quiet and enjoying local attractions.
What makes this property unique
White Oak Hollow sits above the fog line, the views of mountains to the east and the ocean from the top of the driveway are magnificent and the peace and quiet along with star gazing is unmatched.
