Welcome to your tropical oasis! Stay for the weekend or entire winter season in this updated 2-bedroom bungalow with pool and outdoor space. This compound consists of four separate units that share a large backyard and swimming pool. Beautiful Casey Key and Nokomis Beach and small town Venice with shopping and fine dining are just a short bike ride over the bridge. The area offers many nearby golf courses to choose from, three major airports within 75 minute drive (Sarasota - 45 mins), Punta Gorda (35 mins), Ft. Myers (60 mins) and Tampa (75 mins). Famous Venice Beach, with its offshore coral reef, and Caspersen Beach, where shark teeth are often found, are a short 10 minute drive. Many trails hug the Intracoastal Waterway in Venetian Waterway Park. Other park spaces include Centennial Park, with its interactive fountain, and the Monty Andrews Arboretum at West Blalock Park. Not to mention, this home is situated a short distance from south Sarasota and famous Siesta Key. Downtown Sarasota and it's vibrant restaurant, shopping and gallery scene, famous Selby Botanical Gardens, and Ringling Museum are 30 minutes away.
