This guesthouse is in a league of its own. Architecturally significant total renovation sits on 2 acres private/property nestled behind 4 condo Mid Century Modern structure. This free standing building looks upon a pickleball court The space: open, skylights, recessed lighting, vaulted ceiling, polished concrete floor, Retro kitchenette Complete privacy, quiet surroundings. Best St Louis locale.: walk to Clayton shops and dining. There is nothing like it .Not to be missed!
The space has a center living room with sofa and 75 inch TV, Queen size bed with Nectar mattress Separated by walls on one side is a Retro Kitchenette with fridge 2 coffee makers microwave , hot pot toaster, on other side is a full bathroom with walk in shower. Guests have full private access to the guesthouse Guests may use the pickleball court upon request( paddles and balls available) There is a private drive to park a car with a walkway leading directly to the guesthouse in the back of the property

Wonderful property

Awesome property. In the city yet surrounded by mature trees. Peaceful, able to hear the birds singing. Property showed a lot of thought and attention to detail by the owner.

This place is a total Gem!

This place is perfect for a short getaway for couples or time with a bestie! The area is quiet, peaceful and the spot was very thoughtfully designed to accommodate almost every need. The host was highly responsive and gave thorough instructions to make check-in a breeze. The pickleball court was right outside our room and was the best bonus to end off our stay there. Absolutely would recommend.
