The place was very comfy and spacious. It lacked a little bit of things ie: extra towels, coffee cups but overall it was a good experience and the early check in was much appreciated.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Sounds like you settled in comfortably, and I’m glad the extra space and early check-in made things smoother. I appreciate you pointing out the small stuff like towels and coffee cups since details like that help us fine-tune the setup. Hope the rest of your trip treated you well.
Home was cute, clean close to downtown, perfect for what we needed it for!

Nice house and very comfortable beds. Just need to have shower mats for each bathroom when stepping out the shower. Other than that, very nice stay!

Hi Marcia, Thanks a bunch for the awesome review! We're so glad you had a comfy stay and that the beds hit the spot. We really appreciate the heads-up about the shower mats too. That’s a solid suggestion, and we’ll definitely keep it in mind for future guests.
Hope to have you back again real soon!
My kids and I had a great time staying here. The place was clean and although at first glance the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy it was pretty quiet and wasn't bad at all. In fact the kiddos and I took off on foot and felt safe walking around the area. The Riverwalk was close by which was really nice among other interesting places. Highly recommend and would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Hi Diane, Thanks so much for choosing our place for your girls trip, we’re really glad to hear you had a great time and that the house worked well for your stay.
Totally hear you on the coffee cup situation. The home’s stocked with cups, but we get that they might not have been what you were expecting for that morning brew — we’ll take another look. As for the washcloths, the setup normally has two per bathroom, so it’s possible they were just tucked away. Either way, we appreciate you pointing it out.
Thanks again for the feedback, helps us fine-tune the little things. Hope the rest of your trip went smooth!
Hi Shirley, Thanks for your stay and for sharing your thoughts. We're glad the home was a good fit overall.
We hear you on the supplies — we typically provide a starter set of basics to get guests going, especially for longer stays. That said, we appreciate the heads-up and will keep this kind of feedback in mind moving forward.

Nice and Clean House – easy access via coded lock on door. Used both the master king bedroom and the queen bedroom – loved the remote fans and lights. Easy access to everywhere we went via Uber.A couple of items weren’t working–The Ice maker was working but the ice didn’t dispense. Also, the bath gel and shampoo in the second bathroom did not dispense as it was too thick.Although a grill was mentioned, there wasn’t one (or a decent back yard to sit in). No outside chairs. The days we were told to put the recycling and garbage out were incorrect–The recycling was picked up on Tuesday, no sign of the garbage truck.Through not fault of yours, there were small ants in the silverware drawer, just thought I’d make you aware. We have been to many VRBOs and I have some suggestions for you that you may want to consider;3:00 check-in instead of 4 (like most hotels)Very sparce kitchen – only three teaspoons, and a small amount of the rest requiring us to do dishes after every meal – Suggest at least a set for 12 as you have beds for 8.Glass high ball, beer and wine glasses – adults don’t like to drink alcohol out of plastic.More than one kitchen towel and a disk rack for draining dishes. At least four bath towels and two hand towels in each bath. San Antonio is hot and we sometimes took another shower at night, but towel was still wet from morning. Also, a non-slip bath mat inside the tub as it was very slippery and a bathmat to step onto, outside the tub

Thanks for staying with us and for taking the time to lay everything out. Glad to hear the house was clean, easy to access and that the beds and setup worked well for your trip.
We do want to mention that none of these concerns were brought up while you were here. We are always quick to jump on anything that comes up during a stay, so it's tough to improve or assist in the moment if we don’t know there is an issue.
That said, your notes about the kitchen stock, towel count and ice dispenser are heard loud and clear. We will review those items and tighten a few things up where it makes sense.
Appreciate the honest feedback and glad the overall stay still landed positively. If you are back in town, we would be happy to host you again, now that we know exactly what could make it even better.
