Absolutely wonderful

One of the best apartments i've ever stayed in within Ocho Rios. We stayed for one week. Sonia the apt owner was very warm, understanding, pleasant & helpful over the phone. Dawn the housekeeper greeted me upon arrival with such a beautiful smile & personality. Apartment was very clean & well kept. Beautiful view of the ocean directly from the living room or patio. Hot running water from all pipes. The living room TV went out but was replaced & upgraded within 24hrs. Dawn was so helpful, caring & considered of all our needs. We appreciated her kindness so much. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Thank you both for everything!. The Garricks.

It is exactly as shown, the beach is quite close, the views are wonderful, the staff is helpful. It was very restful. Ocho Rios has some nice restaurants. Best area we visited in Jamaica.

The view is amazing.....

This is my first time staying at Carib but it definitely will not be my last. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location is centrally located and within walking distance to the beach, the open market, church and my favorite place to dine, Miss T's Kitchen. I had my best pedicure ever at Le' Mer Day Spa, and please ask for "Peaches". My husband and I were able to mingle with the locals and met some amazing people.Shopping in the open market was one of my favorite pastimes, please visit and go to the back on Thursdays and Fridays and meet Mr and Mrs Thompson who sell fresh coconut water (take your own container)and the twins who sell pineapple and papaya.The pudding man is a must, get a taxi to take you to Priory and buy cornmeal pudding and salt fish fritters and conch fritters. We even met the owners of our condo who offered there assistance and shared their favorite restaurants and recipes. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will be back next year.

Best deal in Ocho Rios

Property was great. Everything you need is there. Great view. Quiet area. Close to everything. Safe. Clean. You can't ask for more at such a great price. I would stay there again for sure.

Gorgeous view

Property is well maintained and the condos are close to downtown. The area surrounding will also yield closeby places if you want to have lunch or breakfast or if you want to see crafts. Everyone at the Condos here is very nice. Dawn the housekeeper was a gem and she made sure everything was up to par and even did us the favor of calling us a taxi for the morning we left. Can't begin with how valuable it was to have the beach so close!! Wonderful. Cons: low water pressure in shower, warm in property as the air conditioner will not reach all the areas. Pros: Sitting out in the little terrace, air conditioner that is awesome in the bedroom.

Beautiful View

I've stayed at this property previously in a different unit. I love the little beach which you pretty much have to yourself. It has a great view. Also it is a close walk to several grocery stores and restaurants. The only recommendation I have is to supply beach towels. We went and bought out own but didn't really have room to bring them home. Dawn was great, came by every couple days to see if we needed anything and also gave us a hair dryer to borrow. I would stay here again and pray for some sun this time.

Paradise!

The condo was well appointed, very clean and inviting. The beach was relaxing and the king sized bed was extremely comfortable.

We have long ties to Ocho Rios. Wesley Spent many summers here as a child with his grand-aunt who lived in Bucksfield. My sister was a long time owner at Carib so we spent many vacations here and it is still as beautiful now as it was then.

What makes this property unique

You can soak in the views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea from your patio, or soak up the sun on our serene beach; take a swim in the tranquil blue waters of our beach and stay to watch the sun sink in the western sky. No Problem Mon!
