Why they chose this property
This property has been recently refurbished and is in brand new condition, with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The traditional and beachy interior design is a great mix making for the perfect Hamptons rental. Its salt water heated pool is the perfect retreat for the hot summer months. The house is situated close to bay beaches, the ocean and conveniently located between Sag Harbor and East Hampton villages. Close to all of the Northwest Woods hiking trails and a 25 minute drive from Montauk.
What makes this property unique
The gardens were planted by a reknowned horticulturist and are very well established providing complete privacy from all surrounding homes. They are simply beautiful.
