Enjoy peace and tranquility, as the St. Johns' adults-only pool is just a short walk away!

You can indulge in morning coffees or delightful evening chats on your front lanai, screen enclosed for your comfort. And for those seeking solitude, the patio offers privacy, courtesy of the adjacent wall. Add the optional Golf Cart for $25 a day, $150 a week, or $500 monthly. (Golf cart rental requires signing a release of liability.)

Comfortable stay

It was everything and more than we thought. Our first time staying in the Villages and we enjoyed riding bikes and shopping everyday. The home was spacious, felt very safe and communicating with the owners was great. We hope to visit sometime soon.

Tidy Basics

This property was GREAT! We had everything we needed for a one night stay, super clean and loaded with necessities! I like that it had a garage for the bikes and the air was chilly cold! Cheaper than a hotel and the “neighbors” were very friendly!

Very nice house and very clean. A few suggestions of the owner would be (i) you need a TV in master bedroom and (ii) upgrade the towels.

Location, location, location! This home is in the middle of the land The Villages currently owns. It has easy access to major roadways that lead to Florida attractions. It is located near future commercial sites.

What makes this property unique

This home is less than three years old and is in a smaller (55 homes) Village (Boaz Villas), making it a quiet corner in the 57-square-mile community. It has two bedrooms, each with a king bed.
