This is a great space for families/small groups of friends. 5 minute walk to Angel Fire Resort where you can enjoy hitting the slopes, find somewhere to eat or enjoy the activities the resort hosts year round! The patio gives great views any time of year! Parking is included behind the complex.

Our fireplace is currently out of order but we hope to have it up and running soon!

Sweet location, and great place for the price.

The owner, check-in, and most of the property are great! The lack of provided TV content, the toilet in the bathroom, and the master bed are all negatives. The location, the kitchen, the hot water, the seating in the living room, and the convenience of property access are all positives. I would for sure look to stay here again, but I would not sleep in the master bed again. Overall, the place is great for the price, and I am grateful my son and I were allowed to use it!

Good location but Needs updating

Communication with property manager is very good, lay out of condo is good, location is great. The bed is very old and very uncomfortable. It sinks in the middle and we had to try to sleep on the edges to not be falling into the middle of the bed on each other....... Very bad back ache by the end of a four night stay. The condo was not very clean, there was half of a pizza burned onto the bottom of oven. Every time we cooked the oven would start smoking and the fire alarm would go off. The door handle is very hard to open every time you go in and out of the condo. This place could be a great stay if the owners would update.
