Perfect for families vacationing in Florida OR that want to stay 30 days or longer, for people relocating , or traveling for business. Home is centrally located and just minutes way from I4, I75 and I275. Downtown Tampa is 9 miles away, Busch Gardens is 9 miles away. Our world famous beaches or a drive to Disney World are only a 45 minute drive. All 3 bedrooms are spacious. 2 rooms have queen beds, 3rd room has queen and full size bed. Kitchen has been completely renovated. Large laundry room with pantry. Plenty of room to stretch out. Onsite parking. The home sits on a 1/3 acre fully fenced lot, perfect for the furry family members.
