Joplin at Villager-Resort Dock,Pool

About this space
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Joplin is located inside Villager Resort on Lake Cumberland that is a community of about 20 houses. While staying with us you have access to the pool and boat dock. You can take the steps down to the dock or bring quarters and use the tram to take you and your belongings down to the boat dock. The area is very relaxed! We have a tennis court on site as well as an arcade area.
The space
Joplin was decorated with Janis in mind. Color palate, accents, and decor was considered throughout. The cottage is small but cozy. The living area was opened up to provide a larger space to collectively come together. Both bedrooms have smart television in case someone in the group needs to break away and watch something on their own.
Guest access
The entire cottage is yours as well as access to all common areas on the resort. Common areas include; pool, dock, picnic area, tennis court, and recreational game room. The pool is open by Memorial Day weekend and usually stays open until the end of September.
Other things to note
Keep in mind Villager Resort on Lake Cumberland is owned and operated by us. We have our logo on all our cottages and properties which include all common areas. We do not have an office on site. The shed office you will see next to the picnic shelter is not us.
