Welcome to this cozy and clean home, where comfort and style meet! Each room is filled with natural light thanks to large windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. For your privacy and restful sleep, we’ve included blackout curtains in every bedroom.

The main living area is the perfect spot to relax, featuring an L-shaped couch, and a separate recliner. Whether you're lounging or gathering, it’s an inviting space for everyone. The dining area is ideal for shared meals, complete with a dining table, chairs, bench and a counter bar with stools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances (installed in 2024) and stocked with everything you need, from pots and pans to a full set of dishes, utensils, and plenty of drinking glasses. For your convenience, we also provide coffee, creamers, and sugar to start your mornings off right.

Step outside to the charming backyard, where jasmine vines climb the fence, adding a touch of elegance and a beach cottage vibe. The space offers ample seating around the fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings. As the sun sets, the string lights overhead create a warm and inviting ambiance, ideal for gathering and making memories.

We had the best time! The home is in a great location. So close to everything downtown and not a far drive to any of the local beaches. The house was a great as the pictures look. We will definitely stay there again the next time we travel to Wilmington. Everything was better than I could have expected!

We had a wonderful stay! The layout of the home was perfect for our group—it felt spacious, comfortable, and made it easy to relax together. The location was another huge plus, with convenient access to all the places we had planned to visit. We also traveled with our dogs, and they absolutely loved it! The property was a great fit for them, too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Great house in a great neighborhood and location. My wife and I stayed with her parents - downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for them and having 2 upstairs bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms was also great - plenty of room. Highly recommend if staying in Wilmington.

Our stay at this home was terrific! Very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. The location is very walkable in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were great! We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for meals or snacks when we weren't exploring the riverfront restaurants. Plenty of room for couples or families. We enjoyed the back patio as well. I recommend Alexandra's place when visiting historic Wilmington.

This home was spotless, updated, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The high ceilings and tall doors add an upscale feel to the space, while the back patio is a true highlight—the furniture is pristine and very comfortable. We loved being just two blocks from a dog-friendly cafe (with amazing vegan beignets!) and within easy walking distance of downtown and the Riverwalk. Located in the heart of a revitalizing Art District, the neighborhood feels safe and vibrant. An A retreat!

Perfect spot for us. Far enough away where you didn’t hear the noise of downtown, but close enough to be convenient. Host was very communicative and we had no problems checking in and checking out. The yard is fully fenced so that was nice where you don’t have to worry about people wandering through the backyard as there is an open space behind the property. Also the house is very clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again!!
