Welcome to Southern St. & Vine!
Not just a place to stay, but the place to be! Only a few short moments away from over 30 Wineries, Distilleries, Madison Village, Standing Rock Farms, Lake Erie beaches, GOTL, Powderhorn golf course and The Spire Institute. Lake Metroparks trailhead is close by with access to the Grand River as well as hiking and mountain bike trails. Enjoy the neighborhood's peace and quiet, the park, or take a short walk to The Green Door Antique Shop. A unique and lovely place to relax in after a fun filled day!
A beautifully updated and appointed 1918 charmer that will delight with all the modern amenities and comforts of home. Our home has many original details with updated style and vintage charm! It offers a fully equipped Kitchen, Living room with comfortable seating, electric fireplace, reading material and board games. Dining room with seating for 6. 1 Bath, & Laundry room, as well as 1 Bedroom downstairs and 2 Bedrooms upstairs. All with ample storage. Fast Wi-Fi, and smart Tv's.

KITCHEN
We provide basic cookware, dishes, utensils and small appliances. There is a microwave, gas stove and a new refrigerator. We do not have a dishwasher.

EXTRAS
We offer soaps, shampoos, towels, laundry care and coffee. We strive to accommodate your needs and make your stay the best it can be!


Minimum renter age is 25.


Our home is not childproofed. And we do have stairs.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash, dry and put away all dishes, remove everything from refrigerator and cabinets.
Please Place used bedding and towels at the foot of each bed.
The trash can is located near the garage, please remove all trash. Don’t forget to sign the guest book!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking. Any smoking inside the home will result in a $500 charge for professional cleaning.
No parties or large gatherings permitted. If detected, you will be asked to leave the premises with no refund.

Super cute little house. Beds were comfortable. Owner communicated quickly and let us check in early, which was very helpful since we were being picked up early for a girls trip/winery tour. Very clean. All the amenities we needed. Only thing needed was some more more outdoor seating but has a nice fenced in yard. Good distance to local wineries in Madison & Geneva. Would stay again!

My first time in a Vrbo

Beautiful house, very user friendly. Would like to see the yard fully fenced, but not a real big deal. Comfortable furniture (love the sofa). We booked for three adults then my grandchildren ages 16 & 19 decided to come, for a night, and have a visit at the dog show. I hope that isn't a problem. When decisions are made for next year I very well might contact you again.

I grew up on this street and have fond memories of this quaint neighborhood. It is quiet, charming and safe. It is also the perfect location, close to everything from the lake to the wineries. The neighbors are great too!

Our cozy historical cottage blends rich history with modern comforts, offering guests an enchanting retreat. Built in 1918 it retains a lot of its original details such as hardwood floors and glass doorknobs. Nestled in a small community it provides a tranquil escape. The mix of vintage and modern decor ensures a comfortable one-of-a-kind destination. Its location makes very easy access to everything in the area.
