Spacious and great location

Located within beautiful Myers Park, this home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Lance was easy to communicate with and addressed a minor issue immediately. I highly recommend this home and would stay here in the future.

Beautiful neighborhood

I loved the location of this home. It is blocks from the beautiful Duke mansion - (you can self tour the gardens and we did just that). Also close to several Charlotte restaurants and shops. The home was clean and perfect for 3 days with an old friend. We will be staying again.

Amazing spot in Meyers Park - Charlotte!

Lance was very communicative and so nice! This property rocked. Perfect location for our son’s college graduation from Queens U of Chlt and within blocks of his house we were helping get him moved out of. Quiet and cozy and comfortable. Great neighborhood for walks! Spaces were perfect for lounging together in between events, eating outside/inside and enjoying morning coffee (out back), and sleeping- we slept great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will stay here next time we come to Charlotte. Thanks so much!

Modern House

This is a wonderful house. It is an older home in a great neighborhood. Our only issue was a mildew odor. We placed air fresheners throughout the house. That helped somewhat. We would definitely go back.
