First floor accessibility makes it very convenient with NO elevator waiting.
Awesome views from the huge balcony and great for entertaining. Good size kitchen also a big plus. All new Stainless Steel Appliances including Refrigerator...Dish Washer, Range and Microwave as well
and large front load Washer and Dryer.

white sandy beaches and the marvelous exciting Pier Park Shopping and Entertainment Center.

Why they chose this property

The unit was for sale and we loved the large balcony to view the dramatic ocean view. Our grandkids enjoyed the water park so much.

What makes this property unique

The balcony access from both Master Bedrooms and Living Room.
Lower level location is convenient for children and seniors no elevator WAIT......simply one floor up if need to walk.
Perfect!!!!
