103 Island House is new to the vacation rental market for the fall of 2023. This well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is stair-free and dog friendly, making it the perfect vacation spot for summer guests and snowbirds!

The open-concept floor plan features a living room with comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio area though sliding glass doors. The patio features table and chair sets and a gas grill.

The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the galley-style kitchen is outfitted with all you'll need to cook meals for your family.

The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private, updated bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.
