This gorgeous home is just short distance to the beach, with other beautiful homes nearby. This beautiful home is one of two, with zero lot line construction, so the adjoining house has just common wall in the garage, this home has its own separate backyard, heated pool 82-84 degrees & Jacuzzi(not a hot tub) and views from the balcony. This home is a two bedroom, so can sleep 4, but does have a sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 extra guest. The Living room is located upstairs and gives a great view of the beach and Gulf of America. There is a deck off the Living room with great breeze coming off the gulf, and fantastic location to watch the sunsets. This home has a private pool, with a paver deck, surrounded by Palms, and all types of Florida Landscaping. The Living room and dining room and Kitchen are all located together, all with a view of the beach. Relax back, watch a movie on Flat screen TV, or get on your laptop and scroll the internet.
Private garage for parking out of the weather and secure when your gone. There is an elevator that will take you to all levels, or take the stairs your choice. Bedrooms are very spacious, with a large shower and walk in closets for the Master bedroom. Master bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV, and a deck
with a partial view of the gulf. Second bedroom has a small deck over looking the pool area.
Anna Maria Island has miles of white sandy beaches, fishing piers, all types of rentals (boat, Seadoo's, Segway's, Para Sailing, bikes, list goes on...) Free Trolley rides all over the Island. There are fine Restaurants, shoppes, markets, and so much more!!! Loved the location of this home, so close to the beach access, and right around the corner from shops and restaurants. Having an elevator was such a huge blessing. Rooms were very spacious with comfy beds. Plenty of closet space, nice open livingroom and dining area for us to all be together and visit. The view is very beautiful from the kitchen and deck off the livingroom. Host responded to our voicemail very quickly when I thought there was an issue. Private pool was a relaxing treat when we left the beach to get out of the sun and and sand.

Amazing 2 weeks in Holmes Beach. 200 steps from garage to beach. Master bed was perfect. The elevator to take up groceries and luggage was super convenient. Richard was patient with all my questions. Hoping to return again next year.

This was our second stay at Cocina Sands, we absolutely love this place for the beach views and close walk to the beach!Restaurants and boating activities are also in walking distance.Having a private pool is everything after a long day at the beach.We will definitely be looking to return next year!Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy this property.

Great views, loved the elevator for bringing up groceries, luggage and also for loading up to go home. The view from the kitchen living area of the beach was fantastic. I enjoyed the warm pool at night to relax and exercise in. It was a very short walk to the beach and to several restaurants and shops. Perfect location! Thank you for sharing this great condo we me.

You're paying for the location, and it truly doesn't get much better than this. The beach is just steps away, which is the property's biggest selling point.The house itself is spacious and comfortable, but it does show some noticeable wear. Several fixtures were loose or wobbly, some of the outdoor chairs were broken, and the provided beach chairs were quite rusty and broken.The property management team was communicative before and at the beginning of our stay. They were upfront about the need to disconnect the pool alarm, talked us through how to disconnect it, and even called to make sure we had checked in without any issues.Unfortunately, communication dropped off after that. I sent two emails with questions about whether the pool had been cleaned and treated, along with a few minor housekeeping concerns, but never received a response.Communication, housekeeping services and overall amenities could have been better, but the location was optimal, and we had a great time!

Thank you for your visit, sorry somehow communication broke down, I did give you my cell and text number when you arrived, I have check all our email could not find any correspondence from you. It is our outmost desire to have good communications. Pool is maintain by a License professional twice a week, we have consulted with them and say chemicals are fine, we did tell them to go ahead and change out the filter system anyway. We replace the beach chairs often, but salt, pool chlorine they wear out fast, so we are replacing them again. Once again we appreciate your stay and the four stars you have given us, and do look forward to your return in the future.

Location is key and fantastic. View of the gulf is beautiful. A few things could have been better. Pool had green mold like spots most probably from a lack of long-term daylight sun. It's shaded longer than not. Grill would not get hot. Padlock did not work upon leaving and the main shower floor was like a skating rink. Very dangerous.

Thank you for your stay, the pool was stained from the storm in 2024, it is not something that will come out with chemicals, the pool is has been tested and is total fine as far chemical balance, pool filter is working, pool heater is working, we will look into the grill thank you for letting us know it may just need new burners, as far as the shower floor it is treated with every stay, but we will look into if stronger surface treatment is needed, thank you for your stay, the door lock is battery operated and the battery has since been changed, thank you again Rick

Close to a beautiful beach

The property is so close to a beautiful beach that I didn’t even get winded walking there with all my stuff! Also, very close to some great restaurants and shopping areas.

Perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, a few steps to the beach, and close to all the restaurants and shops! The pool and backyard were so relaxing, and the entire family loved it! We plan on coming to AMI every year, and this will be the home that we book every time!! Great Location

The location of the property was spectacular. The house itself was good and plenty of space for us. However the house could use a refresher and overhaul. Nothing terrible but just could use a pick me up and some TLC. Overall good stay at a good value with an amazing location.

Close to the beach and more!

This is as close to ocean front as it gets. There is a clear view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen. We loved the layout of the place. The elevator was great for my mother in law who is in her late 70s. Very easy walk to the beach along with restaurants and shops. This is a great house in a great location!

Beautiful ocean view

Great property with a surprisingly clear view of the ocean and sunset. Super short walk to the beach, cute pool area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Gas grill worked great. Layout of the home was just right. The time spent on the deck overlooking the ocean was fantastic. We would gladly stay in this home again!

Look out the window at the beach while in the kitchen preparing a meal. Relax on the top deck to watch a spectacular sunset. Short walk to beach to either go swimming, layout on the sand, pick up shells, make sandcastles, or just walk along the shore. Come home latter in the day, BBQ some steaks, float in the pool, it is just Florida living at its finest.
