Full home short walk to Memorial stadium, Hawks field, Railyard & Pinnacle arena

Stay/park here, & walk to Football (8min), Salt Dogs (7min), Volleyball, Pinnacle Arena, Haymarket/Railyard (dinning/drinking), Bowlin Stadium, Lied center & more. You really can't get a more convenient place to stay! Need more room? We also have a near identical unit next door! If you look closely in the pictures, you'll see a steel plant across the street. No detriment to your stay, but look over the plant, and you see Memorial Stadium, it's really that close! Don't want to walk, fire up the grill and you can hear the game from the front porch!
Disclaimer: The house was built in 1900. It has a lot of charm, with that comes some quirks. We have just renovated the unit and it’s gorgeous, but the floors lean this way and that through 123 years of settling. This should in no way affect your safety or your stay.

Great Weekend

Great location to the stadium, Haymarket area and campus. Quiet neighborhood even though it’s so close to everything! Even though it’s an older home, the inside is very clean & modern & the hosts have provided all the comforts of home. Bruce was great to work with, his response to questions were immediate. We will definitely stay here again!!

Home for Christmas

First time returning home for Christmas in the last six years- Bruce was extremely helpful and communicative when I had initial issues with figuring out the thermostat (a nest device) - additionally was a lifesaver giving I'm assistance when my partner had a medical issue. 10/10 will return next time I make it back for Christmas.

Bruce and Lynn both grew up locally, Bruce in Lincoln and Lynn on a farm nearby. We love Lincoln and all it has to offer as a "Little Big" city.

Why they chose this property

We love the North Bottoms neighborhood! In the few months that we have worked on these cottages, we've met all the neighbors, and find that it's a close nit area with caring people.

What makes this property unique

Well, we are literally in the shadow of Memorial Stadium. You virtually can't get any closer! The interiors have been completely renovated, and will have brand new heating and cooling, flooring, kitchens, and more! They are really nice spaces with plenty of outside space as well! I love sitting on the porch and having a cold drink!
