Palazzo 1408 is a delightful and updated condo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. You’ll have no problem settling into the beach life as you sink into cozy furnishings in the sunlit living room with plenty of space for your family. Whether relaxing on the sofa, loveseat, or one of several comfortable chairs, you’ll find the perfect spot to watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or simply take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is the heart of the condo, with all the utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The views are just as incredible from the dining room table with room for six, and a breakfast bar offers additional seating for four. Step outside on the private wraparound balcony and enjoy the views, or curl up with a good book while listening to the sound of the waves with a delightful breeze on your face. The master suite features a king-sized bed, large walk in closet, en suite bathroom with a garden tub, stand up shower, and 2 separate vanities for plenty of space to get ready for an unforgettable beach day, a family outing, or a night out on the town. Guest suites are just as accommodating, cozy, and beautifully decorated with another king size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized bed in the third bedroom  with access to another private balcony and west facing views for incredible and colorful sunsets. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations and a full-sized washer and dryer are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay!

Things to know:



-Parking is $40.00 per vehicle and you'll find parking in the on-site garage. Take any available space that is not marked.



-Parking garage (maximum clearance is 6'10" - SUVs, vans, minivans, and other recreational type vehicles with car top luggage carriers will not make the 7' clearance. The gate will flash yellow light indicating the vehicle is too tall and the gate will not open. Guests with these vehicles must park in the parking lot across the street.) No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.



-Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay.



-Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.



Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
