The location was perfect for our needs. It is walkable to the historic district and some places on the same street (coffee, bar, restaurant). Plenty of street parking. Plenty of space for us to hang out with each other and include my 94 year old father--the elevator was a big bonus for us!

The condo was very clean, management was easy to contact and helpful. We felt incredibly safe at all times of the day. There is a cafe across the street for your morning latte along with some cute bars and dining options nearby. We were very happy with the location!

The condo had everything we needed for a quick stay in Wilmington. We rode our bikes to Wilmington from Jacksonville FL and flew out two days later. It was a secure building with plenty of room to bring our bikes to unit in the elevator.
