Great Views and Great Locations
The views from the condo were great! Can see Pike's Market, the bay, the city, and the many piers. The location was perfect, easy access to the Link and buses. And being right next to the market lets you get quick access to so many great places there. Felt safe getting in and out of the building.

Overall the facility was fine. The toilet seat and lid in the master bedroom did not lift all the way due to how it was repaired. The floors were dirty and the coffee make had a moldy filter and coffee in it. It was so moldy it was not usable. There was also only one key. With three adults staying in the unit it made the stat difficult.

A perfect place to stay in Seattle
We loved our stay at the Newmark. The views were lovely and the location was perfect. It was great for walking to all the sites. The Pike market is right there. It is also located above a Target store so it was very easy to get a few provisions or grab any forgotten items. Clean and secure building. It was also nice to have 2 good size bathrooms and a nice kitchen. The gym is nice and has a great view. Overall a great place to stay.

Newmark Tower
The location was perfect for walking to the market and to the piers. Like any big city, there were a lot of displaced people and drug users in the area. The property was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The size of the place was great for two adults and two kids. However, there was only one set of keys and this was difficult to manage when my husband attended his conference and the kids and I stayed back. Negatives: The hallway on the floor smelled like garbage. The beds and couch were uncomfortable. The unit could invest in better pillows.

Good Value for Money with some Flaws
While the apartment was generally nice and clean enough it is unfortunately close to bad neighborhood (between 2nd and 3rd st crossing pine and pike st) and walking home at night was not very nice. Yet it is close to pike market and the waterfront which is nice.
