We had a great time at this property, it has everything you need. There was no kettle at the house when we arrived so we just went and bought one, hope the next occupant makes good use of it! I would definitely recommend both the property and the management team, they answered all queries and questions quickly and efficiently. The location of the property is great for Disney, but further for Universal but not a big problemWould recommend and book again

Exactly as advertised

This was a great location for our short trip to Disney. We slept very well and were pleased that there were fans (ceiling and table top) in the master and living rooms. Lovely unit and easy access.

Very nice place, very close ro Disney

The place was as advertised, the only problem my wife had was there was McDonald's garbage laying on the kitchen counters and coffee table which I assume was the cleaning people who forgot to take their own garbage out.

The place was not kept up very well. I was immediately sneezing and coughing Friday Night. We checked the AC filter Saturday and it was completely saturated with dirt and dust. The refrigerator was leaking water onto the kitchen floor. We did mention this to the maintenance person who came out on Friday to mess with the pool, who said he was going to tell the owner. Saturday another person showed up, messed with the pool again, and then left. He never looked at the fridge. The dryer was so dirty we couldn't use it for our stuff. There were alot of small things, but the most disturbing was how sick i got from the dirty AC filter. The pool was nice.

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing these concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, especially concerns related to the AC system and guest comfort. After receiving your comments, we immediately inspected and replaced the AC filter, addressed the refrigerator leak, and performed an additional deep cleaning and maintenance review of the home, including the dryer. We regret that our response during your stay did not fully resolve the issues you experienced, and we understand how frustrating and uncomfortable that must have been. We appreciate you acknowledging the pool, and we will use your feedback to improve our communication and maintenance follow-through moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us and for providing feedback that helps us improve the guest experience. The Florida Nest

The BEST respite from the Theme Parks

We chose to stay in this beautiful condo while visiting Disney World Parks and Legoland. We stayed on Disney property on our last visit and knew we wanted more space for our family of 5. Our kids loved the plunge pool in the back, while we loved having a full kitchen (fully stocked). The resort was very quiet and felt like such a good respite after long days at the park. We spent 2 days at the community pool/water park and our kids probably liked that as much as Disney itself. It is super convenient to all the parks, and we felt like driving was actually easier than catching buses at on property resorts. The townhouse was very clean and the property manager was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here next time we come to the Orlando area.
