Renovated Center Island Home & Garage Apt 4bd/3ba
Welcome to Sandy Souls!
We hope you will have the most enjoyable adventure on Fripp. Our home has both a main house (3 bedrooms) & garage apartment (1 bedroom) giving our guests room to spread out.
The house is located on the corner of Tarpon & Skip Jack in the Island's center. The beach is two blocks away, an easy walk, bike, golf cart ride. We include beach towels, chairs, buggy. Amenity cards are available for purchase. Owner is a SC Real Estate Agent.
The space
Sandy Souls' Main House
The main house was just transformed this spring from its 1984 glory to an open floor beauty. Inside boasts three bedrooms and two baths, a large living area with all new furniture and 65" TV, a fully appointed kitchen (with a dining table seating 8-10), a sunny and open sunroom, extra-large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Hargray provides both cable TV and data service.
Bedroom Details
The Primary Bedroom has a king-size bed, its own en-suite bathroom with curbless entry shower and an entrance leading to the sunroom. Bedroom 2 boasts a double and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Both Bedroom 2 and 3 share the hallway bathroom.
Sandy Souls' Garage Apartment
Located above the garage adjacent to the back porch is the garage apartment. It's home to a nicely sized apartment with a living area and full kitchen (with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher), bedroom with a king bed, and a full bath (the showerhead is just a tad short).
Outside
Outside is a large deck connecting the main house with the garage apartment. This deck has both a sitting area with flat screen TV, propane fire pit and dining area seating 6. Underneath the house are four adult bikes, beach chairs, a beach buggy, a charcoal grill, and a cooler.
Beach Access
We are located just two blocks from the ocean. Our closest (and now favorite) access is Number 9. It is a 5-10 minute walk, bike, or golf cart ride from the house. The access has a boardwalk to the sand. There is currently no water or tidal pools between Access 9 and the ocean. Within our picture is a map of the paths to the beach.

Amenity Cards
You may purchase Amenity Cards through us. Each card is $50 and good for a week long stay. The resort charges a 12.8% fee for all card purchases due at the time of card purchase.
***** During July and August, we only rent WEEKLY with check in and check out on Sunday. We only rent from Sunday to Sunday in July and August. Each stay is a 7 night minimum. If you wish to rent for less than 7 nights during the last two weeks of August, please direct message me here. I can approve that request.*****
Guest access
Fripp Island is a private gated island on the South Carolina coast. Every guest driver/car will be required to obtain a gate pass before entry. Once on the island, you will access our home via lockbox. There is parking for four cars on the driveway. The garage is for owner use only. Please try not to park on the grass. If you need to park on the grass please use the area beside the garage and not the area adjacent to the patio.
Other things to note
Amenity Cards
Amenity Cards can be provided at a cost of $50 per card per week during the summer and $35 per week during the winter season. Winter weekend cards are $25. If you have any questions regarding amenity cards and how they are used, PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out. In addition, should you opt to purchase cards, the Fripp Island Resort will charge a 12.8% resort fee. This fee is calculated on your rental amount prior to any other taxes or fees. It will be due at the time you purchase cards.
Summer Rental Season
During the summer season (July and August) we only host guests weekly for a seven night stay. You may book more than one weekly stay. In 2023, weekly stays will be Sunday to Sunday.
