This newly constructed property is a container-conversion, with the central portion of the home built around a shipping container. It exudes casual sophistication, taking cues from both the urban and rural environments.

The main level of this modern rustic cabin boasts wood floors and expansive windows providing plentiful natural light. On this level, you will find the primary bedroom, a powder room, and a combined living, dining and kitchen area, with a large pantry.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a large walk-in closet attached to the bedroom that could easily serve as a nursery for a travel crib (pack n' play is available upon request) or dog crate/bed.

The upstairs features plush carpet for a cozy and comfortable stay. On this level you will find a large loft with a desk, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a large vanity and tub/shower combo. Each upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and closet space for storing personal items.

Outside of the home there is a wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining table for six. It overlooks a large private yard, featuring a fire pit and adirondack chairs. The large outdoor space is a hit with human and dog guests alike. You might even spot an infamous North Carolina black bear, so keep a lookout before you head outside in the early morning or evening.
