Relax on the deck built around our beautiful 100 year old Live Oak Tree. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, read a book on the private screen porch. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home. This one of a kind space was originally built in 1926 as a fishing cottage, the main home added in 1997. Large open living room & dining area that seats 12 people. Just two short blocks from the beach & pet friendly. Folly is known for its funky folly vibe, breathtaking sunrises and sunset dolphin tours. Our motto... Slow Down, it's Folly. Home has 3 main bedrooms plus a 4th loft room & pull out sofa.

We had an amazing time! The house was well stocked with everything you could need for a beach vacation. We were close to everything and the hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend!

The location, the area vibe, thw character of the house, and of course Folly Beach...all of it was a fantastic experience!Pictures did not do this justice. Very unique layout with 2 very comfortable rooms down stairs and a small bonus room for small ones plus an extra suite upstairs. A long galley like kitchen and huge great room with plenty of seating. Lots of art and local flavor on the walls with tons of light flooding in make this a stay high on the hippy, surfer beach vibes list. Golf cart to tool around the beach area a bonus.

Great house and location! Kitchen well stocked for your cooking needs. Spacious living/dining area. Owner was extremely responsive and even came to blow off deck after a strong storm. Golf cart that was provided was very nice and a great added perk! Would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

House was very clean and had a resort feel too it. The walk to the beach was a straight shot and easy even for elderly to get to. The host was very responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay.

Great Place and Location a golf cart!

Beautiful house, huge common area (living room), accommodates a family very well, gorgeous lot and deck, very close to the beach, and not far from downtown especially with the golf cart provided. The owner was very accessible and fantastic when a huge storm knocked out internet and cable. He was very responsive and concerned. This property has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Lovely space!

This was the cutest, roomiest, place to stay in Folly! There was plenty of space for 9 of us to stay to celebrate my friend getting married. Whitney was a wonderful host with great communication. The place was clean, quiet, and a very close walk to the beach. All of the rooms were comfortable and the shared spaces were large enough for all of us!

Great living room with plenty of seating. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Not thrilled about the bedroom with no door on it or bathroom, or no windows that open in any part of house due to age. Great location.

Our stay at this property was wonderful and provided the perfect retreat while we navigated some family matters. The home was just the right size for our group, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. It has a fun and unique charm that we truly enjoyed. The two oversized couches made it easy to unwind, especially while watching March Madness. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had the space they needed, and the well-equipped kitchen made meals a breeze. The deck was a fantastic spot to gather, and being just two blocks from the beach was an absolute highlight!David was incredibly kind and responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The home was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We hope to return soon to fully experience all this wonderful place has to offer!

Loved our stay!

We loved the home and it was perfect for our 2 kids (ages 5 & 2), my husband and I, and my older parents. The layout was great and everyone had their quiet space when needed. The kitchen table was huge and easily fit 6 of us on just 1/2 of it while our jigsaw puzzle took up the other half. Having the golf cart was an added bonus! So fun to ride down into town and around the neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were more towels than we needed (both beach and bathroom). Whitney was so wonderful to work with! She was so accommodating, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely come back!!!
