Lots of decking with seating for outdoor enjoyment. Beach towels and linens provided. Eat out on the higher second deck to watch the dolphins play offshore. or if you don't want to cook, there are a variety of restaurants in downtown Folly to experience. You can take surfing or kayak lessons by appointment, or you can boogie board in the ocean for free. Parasailing and restaurants is only 5 blocks away. County water park is 10 minutes away. Historic Downtown Carriage rides are only 15 miles away. Museum Mile downtown includes both children's and adult museums.

Sandi’s home is a true treasure ! It was just what we needed - perfect location - 4 comfortable beds and a deck with a breeze ! The house was clean and the check in process was easy . Another great week in Folly

This was our second year in a row at this property and I've already booked for 2026. The location and view can't be beat, and the owner is always responsive and provides you with enough of the basics, and even things you didn't expect, like beach towels, sand toys, and even flashlights! I plan to keep coming back for as many years as I can.

Absolutely wonderful place! Very clean and well stocked property. Great communication.The location is so convenient and this property is an absolute treasure. It's not a new build which is what we wanted. It has personality and who can complain about a beachfront view. I feel so fortunate to have been able to stay here.

Spring Visit

We had a wonderful time! The house was just what we needed and proximity to beach and shops can't be beat! The kids toys and games were nice to have and enjoyed finding shark teeth on the beach.

Quaint and cozy home

If you want to be directly on the beach, then this is a great home. It was very comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. We rented a golf cart and explored the entirety of this beautiful community. It was a great way to end the summer!

Nice small beach cottage. The basics worked well (AC/bathrooms), on the beach, lovely back porch. Could use upgrades on the sheets and kitchen stuff if you are picky about such things. I'm not.

Vintage Beach Vibes

This place brought us back in time with it's vintage charm. We went with several friends and it had a bedroom for each of us.It had a fun layout, clawfoot tub, right on the beach, quiet area and walking distance from restaurants and stores. Then kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very clean. The owner was extremely easy to text and was responsive. We will absolutely stay here again.

Perfect cozy beach house

The house had everything we needed and then some! Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, ample armoires and drawers in each bedroom for clothes storage, and chairs and sandcastle-making equipment to take to the beach. We never ran out of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. The host was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. And the proximity to the beach can't be beat! We feel like we've found our forever-rental at Folly Beach: I've already booked for next year.

Family Reunion

This is a wonderful family home right on Folly Beach. There is a wonderful huge covered porch on the beach side of the property perfect for those of us that burn easily but still want to see and hear the beach and ocean. The four bedrooms were nice sized with comfortable beds. The two bathrooms were great, with a jack n Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Sandi was close by and very nice and attentive. thank you for letting us enjoy your place. We loved it.

Perfect Getaway

It may not be the largest property beachfront, but it has all the room and everything you need to have an amazing vacation- our family always hates to leave. It’s so amazing to stay beachfront and be able to walk in and off the beach with ease. Great year round neighbors and beautiful views. Takes 5mins or less (including parking) to get to folly center and enjoy some of the most amazing food! Thank you Sandi! We have memories upon memories and more to come!

Sister's Getaway

The house and furnishings are antiques, and bring back such memories. This is what a relaxing week at the beach should be. The kitchen is fully stocked. We needed nothing to cook and enjoy the week. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Our property manager was so helpfull, and readily available. We are already planning next year's adventure. Quiet neighborhood. Am in love with this place.

Cozy and comfortable

Our stay at 517 E. Ashley in Folly Beach was great. All of the rooms are large enough and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice, with a clawfoot tub in one. There was plenty of hot water for showers and baths. The outside porch was a great feature for enjoying coffee or a meal outside in the screened porch. Having the outside foot wash and shower helped us keep the sand out.of the house. We splurged last year on beach front and had to have it again this year. I highly recommend this rental

Cozy Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this cozy little beach cottage. It was exactly what we needed right on the beach for easy access back-and- forth throughout the day. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals, plus beach chairs and towels. We never needed to leave the house. However, it’s a great location to the restaurants and shops in Folly Beach. Sandi is a wonderful host who was always prompt with her responses to any questions that I had. The only downside of the vacation with that it didn’t last longer.
