WONDERFUL!!

We have not always had the best luck with vacation rentals but this place definitely met our expectations. The pictures depict the property accurately! The owners definitely knew what they were doing in updating and decorating the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with new, clean dish ware, pots and pans and other needed kitchen supplies. The only other area needing improvement is the bathroom although it is clean and functional. Thank you for the wonderful stay in PCB!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay!

WONDERFUL VIEW AND ACCESS TO BEACH. HOSTS WERE SO KIND TO PUT A BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS TREE IN THE UNIT FOR US. LIVING ROOM FURNITURE SHOULD BE RECONFIGURED-ACCESS TO TV REQUIRED MOVING ONE COUCH IN ORDER TO USE THE REMOTE FROM THE OTHER COUCH. LIVING ROOM COUCHES ARE UNCOMFORTABLE AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. KITCHEN IS SMALL AND TIGHT. SHOULD REPLACE FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR (OPENS TO THE WRONG SIDE) WITH COUNTER WIDTH TO ALLOW MORE ROOM.

Amazing vacay

Everything was as advertised.Condo clean an fully staffed with everything you need plus some. Highly recommend, view was fantastic.

Beautiful view

Kathy was amazing, and the condo was nice. The property, though, was not so nice. Bugs, trash, smell, dirty, loud, smell of bug spray every morning, etc. just to name a few of our dislikes. Again, owner and condo were amazing! Also, the view and beachfront location were beautiful too. We saw dolphins every morning. Beautiful vacation spot, and will hopefully be perfect once renovations are complete.
