Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all used bed linens and place them at the foot of the bed. Place all used towels in laundry area. Empty the fridge and freezer and make sure the fridge is clean. Set the thermostat to 78°F
Replenish Used Supplies If you used up any commonly shared supplies (like laundry detergent, paper products, dryer sheets, or dish soap), please kindly replace them for the next guest.
Put all lanai cushions back in the outdoor closet. Lock inside door upon leaving and place keys back in the Master Lock key box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A GENERAL BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED OF ALL RENTERS BY HOA

Mara’s place was exactly like pictured, very nice. The large patio with sun so much of the day was a plus. Mara was easy to contact and extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely be a return customer.

Mara was a great host. She was very responsive to my questions and provided clear instructions for the check in and check out processes. The beds were comfortable, AC worked great, the kitchen was perfect for what I needed. The location and views were great. I 100% would stay here again if I am back in Fort Myers for work or vacation. The house was family friendly and my boys enjoyed the stay as well.
The golf course was under construction during our stay but the views were still amazing.

The unit was cleaned and comfortable. The TV remote was not working and Mara was very responsive with trouble shooting and sending a new one in a timely manner. It was nice having beach chairs and pool towels available for use. The view of the golf course was perfect as well.

Welcome to my future retirement home! I purchased this beautiful condo to call home when I am finished working. Since that won't be for several years, I decided to rent the "Lucky Penny" so others can also enjoy it.

Why they chose this property

I chose this area because I love Fort Myers! I have family in the area and of course, the weather is incredible. It is a close drive to the beach and I love all all of the restaurants and shopping in the area.

I am also a HUGE pickleball player and so when I visit I go to the local pickleball courts every day! I’ll also drive to Naples and other areas to play. I love seeing all of what Florida has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The Forest itself is a beautiful and safe gated community that is centrally located and only 15 minutes from the Fort Myers airport. The neighborhood is pristine and it is a wonderful community of people who live there. I love to go for daily walks and swim in the pool. When you enter the condo it is so quiet and very peaceful. I often fly into the Punta Gurda airport via allegient with direct flights which is only 40 minutes away.
