Our two bedroom, two bath Villa is a first floor unit and a three minute walk to the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island. Our gated resort features numerous amenities: two pools (one of which is the largest beach front pool on the island), 10 lighted tennis courts, fitness center, bike rental, playground, and three restaurants. Reserve your beach vacation today!

Your long-past-due beach retreat awaits you the moment you arrive at our two bedroom, two bathroom Villa that is nestled in the Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. You’ll be charmed by the coastal decor throughout and the close proximity to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc.

The property features an open floor concept, making this unit ideal for families traveling together. With plush furniture and a large Smart TV, the inviting living room provides the perfect place to gather with your loved ones.

Behind the living area is a dining room table that comfortably seats six. The fully equipped kitchen makes it ideal and convenient for a short or long term stay.

After a fun-filled day on the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island, you’ll be happy to retreat to the cozy master bedroom with a King bed, TV, and full bathroom. The second spacious bedroom features one queen bed and one twin bed and a TV as well.

The location is great and close to everything. The host is responsive to any issues that arise. The beach is across the streetBe aware that this is considered a first floor unit but there are 10 steps to get up to the unit, if that is a consideration.Also, the thing that I liked the least is that you have to drive to use the laundry. Parking is not sufficient so you have to do laundry at night or weekends.

The check in was very easy and fast. The kitchen was perfect to work in! There was both a kureg and a regular coffee maker, there was plenty of equipment in good/ great condition to use. The activities on the resort were a ton of fun! The beach was beautiful and only a short walk away. The villa has a buggy to bring things down to the beach so you dont have to carry everything. The villa was clean and comfortable. My family and i really enjoyed ourselves!

Great Condo.

This was a great condo. We liked the split floor plan and the well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get in the resort and get parking pass, etc. Parking by the condo was easy. like that it's only up a few stairs so it's easy to get luggage in and out. They had chairs to use at the beach, which was great, so we didn't have to pack. It was also an easy walk to the beach, just across the parking lot, about equivalent to one block. Overall, i would recommend and we will definitely consider to stay here again.

Great time in Hilton Head!

The hosts were fantastic about replying to any questions that I had, either before our trip started, or while we were there. The property was pristine, clean and very comfortable. The weather was a little chilly, so we couldn’t take advantage of the ocean, but we had other activities that were planned anyway, we would definitely stay at this property again, and appreciate the responsiveness of our host. All of the directions given for checking out and making sure the property was left the way we found it. Were easy to follow and very reasonable expectations.

Chaney Amazing Mini vacation from Tennessee

We loved our stay at this Villa. Love that it is a gated resort! It was so nice and clean and had everything we needed. I wish I would have ask before we went and we would not have took wagons and chairs. But we will know for next time. The play ground was awesome for the grand baby . We were able to play some tennis as well! Very short walk to the beach and loved the food choices at the resort. Their pizza is the best I have ever had. Pool is huge and plenty of lounge chairs.

Family Getaway

The condo was located in a great area with easy access to the beach and amenities. Overall the unit was as described with the exception of the linens. I appreciate the owner providing most of our necessities but I found it almost comical the amount of linens that were provided. Had I known I would have taken my own linens. There were 4 people in our party and we stayed 6 days. The owner provided a sufficient amount of bath towels and hand towels But we were only given 4 wash cloths. When I inquired about getting more wash cloths I was basically told I could wash what the left for us to use. 😂 I’m not on vacation to do laundry! As for the need sheets… they were like sleeping on News paper. Other than that it was a lovely place but the owner needs to explain to their guests to bring their own linens.

My wife and I take great pride in hosting guests and do everything in our power to make sure everyone has a great time which has led to us have over 1,000 5 ⭐️ reviews. Your dishonest depiction of the additional towels and wash cloths that we brought you is disappointing but not a surprise given how rudely you treated us. Upon your request we brought you additional towels, wash cloths, and hand towels within an hour of the early check in that we extended to you as a courtesy. In total, we provided your group of 4 with 12 bath towels, 6 wash cloths and 6 hand towels. Your continued demand for us to bring you 24 additional wash cloths and to provide daily housekeeping service isn’t something that we felt was reasonable. There are differences between privately owned vacation rental properties and a full service, all inclusive hotel with daily housekeeping services. To ensure the best experience possible on your next vacation we would encourage you to evaluate a hotel vs vacation rental to determine which fits your demands best. Thanks again!
