From the security deposit, we will deduct a one time exit cleaning fee of $80.00 & any electrical usage surpasing 10 kwh per day. The remaining funds will be refunded to you at the time of your departure. If there any damages to the property or its conetnts , we will deduct the costs from the security deposit..
