The condo complex features a large outdoor pool with lounge chairs
Private roof top patio, 2 lounge chairs and a private jetted tub for you to enjoy.
2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with walk in showers in full bathrooms
Each bedroom has a queen bed
One safety deposit box
Each room has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fans

From the REFUNDABLE security deposit, we will deduct a one time exit cleaning fee of $85.00 . Plus 16 cents per skwh on electrical. The remaining funds will be refunded to you at the time of your departure. If there any damages to the property or its contents , we will deduct the costs from the security deposit..
