This villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no stairs. It has been renovated with new flooring, paint and kitchen. The bedroom has a King bed and with full sofa pull out in the living room. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Peaceful getaway

I booked this as a last minute trip and it met everything I was looking for. It’s a short walk to the beach through the community, and despite being around other homes, the stay was very quiet and peaceful. It’s conveniently close to great eats and lots of activities, and I will definitely book again on my next visit.

The unit was very clean and tidy. Everything was well thought out for the guests, down to having each wall switch labeled so that I knew what each one worked. That eliminated all the flicking and guessing. Definitely the best rental experience I’ve had at Kingston Plantation.

First visit to Myrtle Beach did not disappoint! A beautiful Very comfortable, well stocked, condo in a perfect location. New and very clean. Walking distance to beach, multiple restaurants, with multiple amenities available. Property is well maintained and quiet. Would return and highly recommend! Serenity

This was by far one of the cleanest, cutest condos I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for me and my two girls. We rented a golf cart to take back and forth to the beach which made it so easy. We loved riding the golf cart throughout the Kingston plantation as well, getting ice cream at the local ice cream shop in the evenings. The condo is tucked away in such a peaceful area in the plantation. The landscaping is beautiful and I loved listening to the birds chirping as I sat on the back deck in the mornings drinking my coffee and doing my morning devotion. Highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying here again!

Why they chose this property

West Hyde Park Resort has everything any family would love. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
