beautiful state, seafood was excellent, we enjoyed everything we did (parks, hiking, miniature golf, restaurants) the only thing we wished we had was a pair of binoculars to watch what we going on in the water.
This home was absolutely perfect for our family. I miss the view and can't wait to return next summer. It was so close to town and so many hikes and beaches and places to clam. It was literally the perfect house in the perfect location.
Perfect rental for our family. The home was clean, spacious and the view from the kitchen window was amazing. Very convenient location, we really enjoyed our daily walks to Lincolnville beach! We had a great time during our stay and would definitely rent again!

This home is a gem. We had a great time!
The view from the kitchen window is just beautiful.
This house was perfect for my family's stay in Maine! We walked to the beach almost every day and watched fireflies in the yard while soaking in the hot tub and overlooking the ocean. It was easy to get to local shops and grocery stores, and there were lovely hiking spots right nearby. The house was well stocked and very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
The location was ideal and the views were spectacular. The fire pit and hot tub were a wonderful amenities. The front room was spacious enough to do yoga in and the kitchen was roomy also. However, it was not a cook s kitchen, lacking serving bowls , platters , and bakeware or proper lighting over the stove. The bedrooms were clean and the linens were good. There was a lack of reading lamps or side tables in the living area. So no reading nook available.
We chose Maine as our family vacation this year and started looking in the lincolnville area. This house was exactly what we wanted. Enough room for 6 adults ( 2-18yos/ 1-23 yo/ 3- over 54 yos). We had plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped. The drive to Bar Harbor and Bangor ( -about 1 hour each way) was good. This house was clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Maine
Slice of paradise in Maine. Lovely sunrises and water views. Plenty of room for family dinners Grilling up steaks while sitting around fire pit with plenty of chairs and wood was nice setup up. Country charm and hospitality. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
This house was perfect for our group of two families of four. It must have been subdivided at one point, and both families were able to have privacy thanks to two bathrooms (one with a tub) and two staircases. The house would also suit a family with older kids, or three couples. The kitchen was very well supplied and equipped, though its the only Maine rental I've ever been to without a lobster pot--fortunately we weren't looking to cook any lobsters. Linens were plentiful including spare sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. The dog bed is enormous! We enjoyed morning soaks in the hot tub overlooking the meadow and the bay, several nights of s'mores around the fire pit, and proximity to Dot's, Lincolnville Beach Store, Wentworth grocery and more made for easy grocery and take-out runs. We did run into a couple snags with the locks, but both times the property manager came to our rescue. Our kids are already hoping to visit again.

Overall the view is amazing we enjoyed the location despite it being on a slightly busy road. Unfortunately we were not able to use the hot tub because it was quite green, I did message the host and they said it was because of high iron content but their was no way for me to verify that it wasn’t an algae bloom or something else unsavory so we were not able to use the hot tub at all. And the host was not willing to get the issue resolved. So I would not count on being able to use the hot tub if that is one of your main reasons for booking. We also had issues with the hot water heater and did not have any hot water a few mornings. We were super understanding and they had someone out to look at it and did fix it unfortunately that was not the only problem with the water. The water smelt very strongly of sulfur. Like extremely strong one of the guests was pregnant and showering was unbearable as well as brushing teeth. Overall it was a nice home and I would have left 5 stars had the hot tub been handled differently I understand the water heater was just an odd occurrence but the hot tub being green just is never going to sit well with me.
Absolutely loved staying here! Everyone was right about the view from the kitchen window. We basically lived in the kitchen for that reason! So much to see! Bring binoculars, makes it even better. We used the hot tub and fire pit every night. The house was spotless and has a stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were very nice to have as well. My kids (ok, me too) loved the sneaky hallway/closet room connector. We walked to the beach and shops right in town. So convenient. Camden and Belfast were both close for food shopping. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Great spot with a great water view! Easy access halfway between Portland and Acadia/Bar Harbor. Camden harbor is only a few minutes away and provides great food and boating trips(we enjoyed 2)
Rather unique, unusually arranged, very clean & spacious home by Penobscot Bay was a pleasure to stay in. As advertised, the view from the kitchen window is magnificent when the fog lifts. Very convenient location.

Flurry of mishaps
After relying on msgs sent to us by host, the address was misstyped and led us on an extra hr of driving along road theu 3 towns, before crying out "we are Lost!", cant find house. House was clean, except a black bag of clothes left in dresser and soured milk and other foods left in fridge/freezer. No house instructions left, so didnt try to figure out hot tub. Good thing we could figue out washer/dryer. If we were from foreign country, could have been problem. Front stairs were VERY steep and no light switch at 2nd floor to shut off lights going up. Host responded in a timely manner, but if people pay cleaning fees, why arent all aspects of house cleaned out. Nice little deck, but no chairs to sit on or picnic table set up (was folded up in garage). milks l
We were looking for a quiet place convenient to Camden & the surrounding area for a short vacation. This house was perfect--roomy, clean, cozy and well-equipped with everything our family of 4 needed. Beautiful views of the bay from the back windows added a feeling of serenity to the home. Loved the hot tub & fireplace, too. All in all, a very nice place to stay. Thank you!
We had a WONDERFUL stay at this Lincolnville house. We were visiting my mother and grandmother who live on Lincolnville Beach. The proximity to the beach was perfect. It was a very quick drive, or in nice weather would be a short walk to the beach. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed, and the hot tub overlooking the ocean was splendid! Thank you!
The views were lovely, the hot tub was fire, and the manager was very easy to work with! 10/10!

The house is clean. It's very simple. We had a few issues, but they were addressed. It's a short drive to town. We ended up cutting our stay short .becaude
No where to walk dogs. Hot tub had no water in it, that was not specified in details of amenities.
