I absolutely loved the house and location. It was perfect for family. The management team and owner were so responsive and helpful with our requests. My only reason for four stars is because we are from Texas and the lack of AC made the house uncomfortable for our usual expectations as there was no real breeze.

Johnson-Norwood 3rd Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego, CA. The house was very cozy and we were able to relax. The pool was great even though I paid to have it heated it was still cold other than that it was great.

Great location!!

Overall this was a great home for a short stay with family. Property was clean, well supplied kitchen, plenty of room, and the kids loved the pool. This home is perfect for a group only downside would be not completely private with the additional small house on the property in the back, but tenant was extremely nice and respectful of our space.

The house was nice and is just like the photos but with no A/C it was a little stuffy and the limited towels with no laundry is challenging if you have a large group. Other then that my family was able to create a wonderful memory.

Unfortunately, this guest brought a dog, and the cleaning team charged extra for excessive pet fur all over the house, as it took many extra hours to clean. This is not a pet-friendly rental, and the guests did not mention anything about bringing a dog. We incurred extra cleaning expenses due to this, and extra care was needed to bring it back to a non-pet friendly rental standard, as some guests have pet allergies and book this property specifically because it does not allow pets. The listing states the home does not have AC or a washer and dryer, it is a shame we received a 3-star rating due to this. We encourage all our guests to make sure the property has what they need before booking, and are always available to answer any questions guests may have!
