The host was very responsive and responded quickly to any questions. The house is in a convenient location and the set up was perfect for our stay. There is minimal kitchen counter space, would recommend food prep at home if you need space. This is an older home and there is some deferred maintenance. However, this did not detract from our stay. Basic level cleaning was adequate.
We arrived early. Not sure if it was possible to check in early, message Justin and he said we could which helped us out so much. Was a great stay. Only thing I think they need in the house would be a spatula for the kitchen. Thanks for the great place to stay!
We traveled from Washington for a wedding in Helena and wanted to stay in Butte at the home our family owned and occupied for over 100 years until five years ago. New conveniences have been added like A/C, Wi-Fi, and TV connections. Familiar features like the kitchen cabinets and light fixtures made us feel right at home.We appreciate that the home is still available for others to enjoy while in Butte.
Wonderful fenced in yard for those traveling with dogs. Sits near a main road so there’s significant traffic noise. Hot tub is nice. Definitely has a historic feel - upstairs bedrooms are small, and 3rd bedroom is a curtained off portion of the living room. Very clean!
Host communicate well. Very easy check in. There was everything we needed such as coffee, toiletries, lots of kitchen gadgets. They're were lots of extra blankets and towels if you were to need them. Location is the only reason this is not 5 stars. Being right on the busy road was very loud at night.
The location was central to everything. The house was old but cute. I thought the check in time seemed really late in the day but it was easy to use the lock system.
For being an older home we were really impressed - it was clean and cozy. We travelled from out of town and it suited all of our needs. If there was any complaint - it would be the need for a couple more full length mirrors (our group was all women). Other than that it was wonderful!
As expected. Clean. property management was on-site for routine maintenance, offered to wait if I was using hot tub, used correct dosage of chemicals. Thought there would be more than 1 bath for some reason. tv worked great.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Hot tub was nice, but not much else.
Not worth the price that we paid. It looked much nicer online than it was in real life. Kind of like a fast food commercial. There were many quirks with the property. Rooms didn’t have doors, trim along the rooms was coming down. The dining table felt as if it was going to fall in on itself. It worked for what we really needed but not worth the $350 price tag.
