Upon walking into the house you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city and mountain views. Ranch style 3000 sqft single level home with 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms.

Guest bedroom #1: Dual bunk beds with bathroom adjacent to bedroom (sleeps 4)

Guest bedroom #2: Two full size beds with bathroom adjacent to bedroom (seeps 4)

Guest bedroom #3: (Secondary primary) with King bed and Queen pullout bed, full bathroom adjacent to bedroom, double french doors opening to the backyard. (sleeps 4)

Guest bedroom #4: (Primary) King bed, with ensuite bathroom. Double french doors showcase expansive view and lead to large covered patio. (Sleeps 2)

The house is situated on a quite private road, we want to respect our neighbors, so parties are strictly prohibited. Any outdoor music must be kept at a respectable level and quite hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

There is a fee to heat the pool, please message us for prices as they change seasonally
There is no additional fee to heat the spa

-There are security cameras on the exterior of the house
-There is a pool fence to gain access to the pool from the patio
-The second primary which has access to the pool has an additional lock unreachable to children
-The main house has marble floors and may be slippery when wet, please make sure your feet are dry and no running in the house
