An all-around great stay! Would definitely book again!
Our family booked a stay here to watch the total solar eclipse. Despite all the other rentals raising prices 3, 4 or even 5 times the normal price, this property was very reasonably priced and only slightly more than what they typically average. Good character and fair practices by this home owner is enough to book this location again.
The house was clean, the check-in process was easy, and we felt safe and secure during our stay. The house has a home-security system and even has their two car garage available to park indoors, which I can say from experience is not always the case.
The beds were comfortable memory foam and we slept like a dream. Each bedroom had a T.V., including a massive t.v. to watch in the living room. And for our 3 kids, the easy access to the neighborhood playground not far outside the gated backyard was fantastic! Our boys had a great time!
To prove that I'm not just setting unrealistic expectations, I'll affirm that no rental home is perfect and there's always something to notice that's different from what you might be used to at home. For instance, while the kitchen is stocked with everything required to get by and have a great experience, we noticed a few things we wish they had but they didn't (like smaller cups that are easier to use for our little ones). But the homeowners were more than gracious about this and apologized, even though no apology was necessary.
I would DEFINITELY book this house again!
