The Space:

As you enter, the open plan living area greets you, providing a welcoming space for relaxation or entertainment. Dive into the plush couch for a Netflix binge on the smart TV or enjoy some light reading, embraced by cozy throw blankets.

Let your inner chef emerge in our fully equipped, sleek kitchen. With modern appliances, ample cookware, and an array of dining sets, whipping up a delightful dinner is a breeze. Each of our three bedrooms offers a sanctuary for restful slumber. Revel in our cloud-like beds offering crisp linens and plush pillows, promising deep, restful sleep. The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, featuring a toddler bed for our small guests!

Our bathrooms, mirroring the home's modern design, feature bathtub/shower combinations and are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and a hairdryer for added convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo, with a few exceptions such as locked storage areas and one of the bedrooms which is reserved for owner's use. Free street parking is available, and you have a dedicated private entrance featuring a smart lock for effortless check-ins at any time. Our home is pet-friendly, meaning your furry friends are warmly welcome to stay.

The neighborhood is just outside of downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil!

Getting Around:
You are only minutes from downtown Indy! There is on-site parking and rideshare apps pickup within minutes!

Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet residential atmosphere of our neighborhood and maintain a no-smoking policy inside the condo. For the comfort of all, no parties or events are allowed. Following your stay, bins and dishwashers need to be emptied, and any damages reported promptly.
