Open concept, cozy, comfortable, modern, family-friendly 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood with amazing gardens is close to the beach. This home is well appointed with lots of amenities so there is no need to overpack the car to enjoy a carefree, relaxing vacation in one of the East Coast’s most amazing natural areas with wild ponies and incredible sunsets. Ceramic-coated pots and pans and ceramic dishes, as well as basic cooking needs provided. Mattresses are new, super comfortable, gel-memory foam with clean linens included. Tesla charging available on site for no extra cost. This home is also child and dog friendly with a large fenced yard. An outdoor shower is available to enjoy after a long day at the beach. Look no further for the perfect spot to vacation!

Cute, quiet stay

Our family of 4 had a great stay here while visiting with family. The house was well equipped and while the air conditioners were noisy, they did the job! The outdoor shower and mud/ laundry room were awesome to have when coming back from the beach and kept a lot of the mess contained. Thanks!

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful home in a quiet location. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. Beach chairs and beach toys ready for use. Parking space for two cars and a closed in fence. Highly recommend this property!!!

Father's Day Family Vacay

We stayed here for 4 days and wished we had more time. Location is great- close to everything (hello, Island Creamery), but off the main streets. Quiet neighborhood, we loved the outdoor deck and fenced yard. Made it like a private oasis. Plenty of room for the family and our stuff. We really appreciated the large dining table. There are plenty of plates, cups, and silverware, so we didn't have to run the dishwasher after every meal. Zipped right over to the beach every day, so the outdoor shower was definitely a bonus. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Melissa and John.

RELAXING

This property was more than enough space for our family of 4. The outdoor space would have been perfect had we brought our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet. The vibe on the island is very relaxed and family oriented which was a great escape from our usual vacation to rehobeth or ocean city. The whole town is clean. The beach was exactly what I was hoping for. We never had trouble finding parking and the beach is mostly flat and easy to carry all the essentials onto. There are lots of places to eat but if you prefer cooking the house provided everything you would need. There are a few farmers markets to go to for fresh fruits and veggies and seafood markets which offer the usual fare. 100% will book again.

John grew up spending his summers on the beaches in Guayaquil Ecuador. Together they look forward to welcoming you to their beach home. They want you to fall in love with this area as much as they have and experience a care-free family vacation or get away with friends. They would love if you this house becomes your home, year after year; just as it is for them. May you create amazing memories here.

This is a one of a kind home designed by an architect. The gardens are inviting and provide privacy and serenity. The fenced yard provides safety and security for your children and dogs. We find peace in this space and hope the same for you. Additionally, we are one of the only homes equipped with EV charging on the island.
