Wonderful property!!! You can't get any closer to the beach! Only 30 minutes from the airport. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and fun places to visit. Be aware that if you're flying in, make room to pack beach towels. Ann was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. We all hated to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay! Being right on the beach and getting to see the beautiful sunsets were the best part. We rented bikes so it was easy to ride into town and visit the shops in Rosemary. The location was excellent and the house had everything we needed.

What a wonderful time at Annie’s Song! My family and I enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay steps from the sea. Perfect location, beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor shower was such a huge plus!

We had a fantastic time! The location of this beach house is unbeatable! We loved being able to walk straight out onto the sand to enjoy our morning coffee and then spend the day playing in the sun. The area was quiet and peaceful. Ann was incredibly communicative and friendly. She always answered all of my questions within minutes. We hope to return!

We love staying at Annie’s Song. The location is very good and the beach access is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooking. The weather was cool when we were there and the master bedroom don’t appear to have heating ducts but there was a portable heater that we used. We would stay here again.

The cleanliness wasn’t great. A lot of dust on the ceiling fans, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher along with broken glass, walls and baseboards were dirty, multiple lightbulbs were out, sinks in bathrooms did not drain, there were pretzels on the kitchen floor.The kitchen was supplied with a lot of great items to cook with. The only items missing were pot holders. Having two master bedrooms was really nice and comfortable. We also had plenty of towels. The view was amazing and we got a lot of use out of the boogie boards and chairs.

Ann the host was wonderful. She let me check in a little early. Also, she let my daughter get married on the beach. She is awesome. I think there is too many houses on the beach. You also have to get a permit for everything. Also, pictures were taken before they put everyone on the beach. Private beach? How can that be.

This house was amazing and the beach proximity being right outside the door was fantastic. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend with our family of seven and we had plenty of room and all the amenities you would need.

Fall Break with Family

Home away from home

This is the third year we have stayed here, we love it. The house is in great shape and is very comfortable. The beach is right out the back door, it is phenomenal! Anything we need was just around the corner.

Best bachelorette location

Everyone in the group loved the stay! Sleeping arrangements were perfect plenty of room for 7 people and being right on the beach is a HUGE plus. Great pricing for such a beautiful area and amazing views. My family will definitely be back for our own vacation! Thanks to the host who was awesome and was very easy to get in touch with when needed. Highly recommend!

We loved "Anniesong"! Everything was perfect! We were blessed with great weather despite Milton going through the Gulf. The location ...the beach...two king bedrooms ...can't be beat!!!
