There are 2 master suits, with king sized beds and each with their own bathrooms. A 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed and shares a hall bath with the children's bunk bed 'berth', which has 4-5' built-in-bunks. The gourmet kitchen, dining room, and glass enclosed living room, or seaside room as it is called, are open to the water, bringing in all the beauty of the gulf coast. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Frigidaire Gallery stainless appliances. For the cook's convenience, there is a 5-eye range with a full size oven, along with a 2nd oven and microwave wall unit. There is ample storage room in the French doors refrigerator, and special attention was given to provide the quietest dishwasher possible. The kitchen also features an island/bar where guests can enjoy snacking or eating while seated on swivel bar stools. The dining room hosts a dining table that seats 8 and is accessorized with a hutch and buffet, providing plenty of space for entertaining. There are TV's in the kitchen/dining room, the seaside room and in all 3 bedrooms. Seating in the seaside room is more than adequate with 2 queen sofa sleepers, and two swivel/glider chairs. Both sofas add to the sleeping options by folding out into 2 queen sleeper sofas.

The outdoor vistas are unique and inviting. The beachside deck is home to a gas grill and comfortable cushioned seating. There is also a dining table that seats 6. 2 patio umbrellas offer shade during the day and can be lowered to enjoy the starry sky at night! The distinctive upstairs balcony is great for gatherings, sun bathing, and offers panoramic views of the surrounding areas. Annie’s Song is designed to be your vacation destination.
