There are 5 master bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and 2 with large walk-in closets. One bedroom and ensuite is wheel chair assessible. Mainfloor bedrooms has doors exiting on the huge deck running the full length of the back of the home. Downstairs bedroom and media room exit onto the back-yard patio.

The huge kitchen features a 6 burner gas stove with dual ovens, water spigot and stovetop griddle. There are 3 dishwashers, high capacity ice maker and a built in coffee/expresso machine. Fully provisioned with anything a discerning chef might desire to create the perfect family meal. Full bar seating perfect for pre dinner appetizers.

There is a large two car garage with a separate half garage and storage area for ski equipment and a large mud room for storing boots and ski clothing. Main floor laundry room is right off the mud room - perfect for drying those wet ski clothes.

The large living room connects right off the kitchen area with lots of seating and huge stone, floor to ceiling wood fireplace and dual exits onto both the back deck and the front lawn area. The back deck features a large gas grill and patio furniture overlooking the back yard and the creek below.

Downstairs features a large master bedroom with wood fireplace, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, office desk, large flatscreen TV and queen murphy bed. A media room features a wet bar, 70" flatscreen TV, full bathroom off the media room and a queen murphy bed. Access to the back patio and the 8 person hot tub is off the media room exit.

This home features breathtaking mountain views, a gourmet kitchen, hot tub and is located directly on Cache Creek. Not to mention, it has heated floors in all bathrooms so no need to worry about cold feet during the winter season. Additionally, there are two laundry rooms and two Valcourt fireplaces along with an ample supply of firewood.

If we cannot re-rent any of your dates then all payment except cleaning fee, taxes and damage deposit are forfeit. If we re-rent some of your dates or at a lower rate we will retain enough of your payment to make our total earnings over your rental dates equal to your original rental amount and refund the remainder.
