Grandma's house is a relaxing home away from home. It gives you a place to gather around the table at the eat-in kitchen or sit out on the oversized patio in the private backyard. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make or heat up a quick meal. There are two family rooms to provide plenty of space to spread out, play games or watch TV. This home is located near a major highway which makes it easy to go anywhere in the city. It is also located on a bus route which is free of charge until 2025.

Plenty of restaurants nearby, including Pagliais Pizza, Wildwood Smokehouse, and Mexico Lindo. The University of Iowa is nearby, as is Kinnick Stadium, Carver-Hawkeye Arena, Hancher Auditorium and many other arenas and auditoriums. Relax and enjoy the area.

Great Property

This property was very clean and the check in process was very easy. The home had absolutely everything you could need, pots, pans, silverware, coffee, linens, etc. Very impressed and the location was perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend this property.
