The property was all it said it was and we totally enjoyed our stay. It even had more things than we thought it had such as things to take to the beach. The kids enjoyed the games that were in the cabinet also.

This is going to be a very mixed review. CONDO: Amazing! The view of the ocean is spectacular. The condo is very nicely furnished and clean. Beds are comfortable. The ONLY drawback of the condo is that it is close to the elevator and you can hear it running all the time. However, that is handy for loading and unloading. And the TV doesn't work, but there was NO getting in touch with the host on that! And some of the light bulbs are burned out.HOST: Horrible!!! Check in was terrible. We received the check information literally 30 minutes before check in time! We don't like traveling that far to not even have any info on the condo. The host gave us the wrong gate code and there was nobody to check us in at the front office, so no "required" wristbands were given to us . AND the host was LITERALLY UNRESPONSIVE from Friday afternoon and still haven't heard from them and this is Tuesday morning. We will never rent from SPI Rentals again!! Yes, this was a holiday weekend but that is beside the point. This is NOT the way a property management company works. They are supposed to be available 24/7! We had no TV the entire time because they wouldn't respond!! But what if we had had major issues?!?!
