Stylish 3bd home with den and a Heated Pool in Greyhawk at the Everglades.

Relax and unwind in this elegantly decorated and spacious POOL home. Located in Greyhawk at the Everglades community in Naples. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a den/office. Relax in the screened in lanai with a preserve in the back for privacy. Enjoy all the amenities (golf is not included) that are offered in the community as well as a full service bar and restaurant! Please note that $150 HOA application fee is not included in the booking. We will need your email address to send you the application that you will submit to the hoa. All amenities are included with the rental except for golf. Small dogs will be considered by the owner.
