What a location: The free Summit Stage shuttle stops right outside the complex, giving you easy access to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and A-Basin. In the summer, the rec path is just outside, letting you bike all the way to Breckenridge or Vail Pass. Plus, you’re close to the Frisco Marina on beautiful Lake Dillon. This place is a fantastic year-round choice for your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has room for six guests — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two couples to share! The condo living area features a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, comfy seating, and large windows with views of Frisco’s Mount Royal and Wichita Mountain. There’s a full kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to whip up meals and snacks for your group. The dining table seats six, with two extra stools at the counter. You can also catch the views from the deck overlooking Tenmile Creek!

We always rent a two bedroom condo in Frisco and this was wonderful! Great views, comfortable accommodations, well equipped kitchen and seating for 6 at a dinning table. We were able to have Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of privacy the way the bedroom and bathrooms are laid out.

Fun Frisco 4th of July

We love coming out to Colorado in the summer. Frisco is one of our favorite places to visit. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. We spent most of our time out exploring, hiking and enjoying the 4th of July parade and concert, but in the evenings we enjoyed our time in the condo. Thanks again!

Great Week at a Perfect Location

Five of us stayed the week, and we had a great time! Beds were a little soft for our taste, but the condo was very clean and comfortable for five. The location was fantastic! The recreation path ran right behind the unit, it's right next to the trailhead of North Tenmile Creek trail (which was beautiful), and it's a short easy walk to shops and restaurants on Main St, as well as easy highway access if you're driving somewhere farther to explore. There were a few small issues with the condo that the management team was very quick to respond to. Very happy with our stay!

Beautiful location

The location is amazing ! Bed was comfy. The lock broke twice , and never got fixed . But they had a lock box and answered us right away , so all good . The appliances are probably 25 years old and the toaster and pots and pans are so old they were just a pain, so we just ate out . Other than that , we loved the location and had a great time. Note , it’s 3 flights up, and so if anyone in your group as knee issues or something, not easy up . (My sister in law struggles a bit ) but would stay again in a minute ! We had a great time .

As the owner of Woodbridge 207 I wanted to respond and say thank you for bringing several things to our attention. We stay in the property every Aug to do upgrades and any needed replacement of worn items. We also cook often so we replaced the 12" skillet with 2 new ones and a new 4 Quart Dutch oven pot; there are also 2 new larger pots (8Qt plus). We found both toasters to be in working order but went ahead and replaced the main toaster as well. Hopefully you will give our Condo another try in the future.

Condo was nice. Sheet could be softener. TV in master cops be on shelf so you can watch in bed. It’s too low to see laying down. There was a grill but no propane tank to be able to use it. Host answered all question very quickly. We had a very nice time.
