Villa Mative is located just one minute from the main road, but it is a private compound that offers peace and privacy. The seaside and its beautiful beaches are only 500m away. The house is divided on three floors and can accommodate 7 people. The ground floor consists of a large open floor living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining table, a beautiful terrace, a pool and outdoor kitchen hosting a spectacular view over the Adriatic sea. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, three of which have access to the balcony to enjoy the scenic panorama and their En-suite bathroom.
